Our vision is to be like a heart…
A heart draws blood in to be filled with oxygen that is sent out to bring life to the body. We believe that when we gather in the presence of Jesus we are changed and renewed. That’s not just for us! When we’re filled with God’s love, we are sent out to share it with our friends, family and neighbours.
Our Story
Trinity Vineyard Church was planted in 2001 (under the name Greenwich Vineyard Church). So many wonderful lives and stories have crossed our own, and we thank God for all he has done with and through us.
Since November 2022 we’ve been meeting at the refurbished Tramshed on General Gordon Square in Central Woolwich and serving our neighbours in Woolwich, Plumstead, Royal Arsenal, Shooters Hill, Thamesmead and South East London.
If you’re new in the area or looking for a church to be part of, or even if you’re just curious, come and say hi!
Our Values
We believe church should be a place where you are fully known, loved for who you are and can become who you are called to be. Here are some of the things we love - we want them to shape what we do!
Simplicity
We don’t want to confuse or complicate it. In our worship, our preaching and our coming together we want Jesus to be the focus.
Hospitality
We welcome everyone, showing them the loving grace that Jesus shows us. We also provide a place where it’s easy to bring our friends, family, colleagues and neighbours.
Friendship
We have to do it together – faith in Christ is not an individual thing. We are not independent but interdependent.
Generosity
We want to be seen as a people who are generous, who think more about others than themselves.
